  3. Ship the product back to us in its original condition, along with the return authorization number.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at mpviky@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide you with instructions for a return or exchange.
